Construction                          Co-Chairs:  Tom Hall (email) and Gary Boylan (email) 
The purpose of this group is to maintain the consistency of home construction and to continually improve the quality of the finished product. Home building experience is not a requirement-only an interest in construction and a desire to work hard. Leadership opportunities are especially needed on build sites for those persons who have knowledge of or are willing to learn construction.

Family Selection                  Chair:  Dave Winchell (email)
Choosing the families to own and occupy Habitat for Humanity homes is one the most difficult and challenging aspects of our ministry, but one of the most rewarding. This committee is charged with developing orientation programs and then informing the prospective homeowners. Committee members interview applicant families primarily regarding need and willingness to partner and then make recommendations to the Board of Directors for homeownership approval.

Family Support                      Chair:  Andy Doyle (email)
Volunteers on the committee serve as a resource to Habitat's professional staff and the families for which homes are being built. They are responsible for knowing and understanding the policies and procedures that guide potential homeowners through the building, dedication, and occupancy of their new homes. In a real sense, they serve as mentors, answering questions, providing advice, offering encouragement, and generally helping homeowners to fulfill their partnership responsibilities with Habitat, beginning with the building of their home, and often continuing for twelve months after completion and occupancy of the home.
